My story
I began my professional journey into the field of mental health in 2011 as an undergraduate student in Psychology. For four years afterward I worked closely with patients in a local inpatient psychiatric unit. From there I pursued my master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been providing mental health counseling services since 2020.
I aim to provide healthy, long-lasting therapeutic relationships with those I work with. My approach can foster self-empathy, empowerment and compassion. You know yourself best, and I am here to listen to your story and strengthen your sense of self. I offer a nonjudgmental space set with appropriate boundaries. I specialize in working with the Queer/LGBTQIA+ community, children/adolescents and young adults.
